Michael serves as the Global Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Eurabelt Fuels, providing strategic leadership, governance oversight and global coordination across all regions of the organisation. As the senior custodian of the group, Michael ensures that every engagement — including the onboarding of buyers, sellers, buyer representatives and seller representatives — adheres to Eurabelt Fuels’ governance standards, compliance posture and operational discipline.

His responsibilities include directing global strategy, validating international counterparties, overseeing regional custodians and ensuring that all commercial pathways align with the group’s regulatory, ethical and structural frameworks. Michael maintains high‑level coordination with global partners, institutional stakeholders and regional leadership teams, ensuring that Eurabelt Fuels operates with integrity, transparency and international consistency.
