Leah serves as a Regional Custodian, Senior Facilitator and Regional Partner for Eurabelt Fuels, representing the organisation across Trinidad & Tobago, the Caribbean and Latin America. As part of the global leadership tier, Leah oversees the structured onboarding of buyers, sellers, buyer representatives and seller representatives, ensuring that all engagements align with Eurabelt Fuels’ governance standards and compliance posture.

Her responsibilities include validating counterparties, supporting documentation integrity, maintaining transparent communication channels and contributing to cross‑regional coordination. Leah plays a key role in aligning Caribbean and LATAM commercial pathways with the organisation’s global operational framework.

Through her leadership, Leah strengthens Eurabelt Fuels’ presence across the Caribbean and Latin America, supporting the group’s global reach and commitment to disciplined, compliant and well‑structured engagement.
