David serves as Eurabelt Fuels’ American Representative and Custodian, operating across the United States and surrounding North American commercial corridors. His role focuses on structured introducing of buyers, sellers, buyer representatives and seller representatives, ensuring that all engagements align with Eurabelt Fuels’ governance, documentation standards and compliance posture.

Working within the North American market environment, David supports regional coordination, validates counterparties, and maintains transparent communication channels between the United States and the wider Eurabelt Fuels global network. His responsibilities include monitoring market dynamics, supporting logistics alignment and ensuring that all interactions remain compliant with applicable regulatory frameworks.

David’s work strengthens Eurabelt Fuels’ presence in the United States, contributing to the group’s global coverage and its commitment to integrity, operational discipline and international coordination.

As there is no registered office in USA - David reports to the Global Chairman and COO in London.
