Dr Ruth Gordon

Ruth serves as Eurabelt Fuels’ West African Representative, supporting the group’s engagement across the West African region and neighbouring compliant jurisdictions. Operating under the governance of the South African headquarters, Ruth oversees the structured onboarding of buyers, sellers, buyer representatives and seller representatives, ensuring that all engagements align with Eurabelt Fuels’ governance standards and compliance posture.

Her responsibilities include validating counterparties, supporting documentation integrity and maintaining transparent communication channels across regional commercial environments. Ruth contributes to cross‑border coordination, monitors regional market dynamics and supports the alignment of logistics and commercial pathways with the group’s global operational framework.

In addition to her regional mandate, Ruth provides advisory capability relating to engagement with Chinese state‑linked and private entities active within the African petroleum environment. Her work strengthens Eurabelt Fuels’ presence across Central Africa, supporting the group’s global reach and commitment to disciplined, compliant and well‑structured engagement.

As there is no registered office in Ghana/West Africa - Ruth reports to the Global Chairman and COO in London - And her headquarters is in South Africa. Eurabelt Fuels (pty) Ltd
